We once again participated in the anonymous and objective survey of our employees conducted by the “Fachkraft im Fokus” (Specialists in Focus) initiative of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The goal was to objectively measure employee satisfaction with topics such as occupational safety, digitalization, healthcare, possible additional benefits beyond regular pay, and the design of job content and workplaces.
For the third time in a row, ChiroBlock was awarded the “I Feel Good Here – The Employee-Oriented Company” award due to its high level of employee satisfaction. At a ceremony, this seal of approval was presented to 34 other companies, along with ChiroBlock, by Petra Grimm-Benne, the Minister for Labor, Social Affairs, Health, and Equality of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. We thank you for the enjoyable evening and look forward to the next annual survey, where we hope to defend our award for the fourth time.
